How to get advice
We have various options available to you, depending on your enquiry and where you live.
Our main general office is located in central Middlesbrough and is open daily for drop in advice and assistance, Monday - Friday (See contact page for opening times)
Our community welfare benefit advice service supports the work of our main general office, and works in partnership with Middlesbrough Councils welfare rights unit, Age UK Teesside, Cleveland Housing Advice Centre and ACTES, to deliver easily accessable community advice.
